DC Football Weight Lifting Clubs

Douglas County Weight Lifting Clubs- 4 levels (now) .

Their totals are based off of the combined weight of their bench, parallel squat and power clean maxes. They receive no help in their attempt. Each athlete is tested every 6 weeks.
